Weigh Master / Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, or count any commodity and issue a statement or memorandum of the weight, measure, or count

• Ensure no loss of product occurs

• Open and lock-up trim room at beginning and end of day

• Manage trim room processes

• Keep harvest batches separate until all packages and waste are recorded

• Create product packages and label packages correctly following processing

• Prepare packages for distribution

• Submit daily reporting to management

Preferred Qualifications

• This role requires that the weigh master is credentialed with CDFA 

• High standards for trim quality: shaping, sculpting, manicuring

• Must have computer experience or ability to learn how to use an iPad, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Experience in cannabis is required

• Must have reliable transportationFeel comfortable leading teams and giving clear direction

• Highly motivated to meet targets

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail

• Comfortable in Excel, Word, Email

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to travel
