Sales and Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

  • Cultivation and Distribution Company with 80,000 SF of current permitted cultivation seeks sales and distribution manager to lead sales of wholesale and consumer branded products

  • Sales and distribution manager will report to Owner’s Rep and will manage sales pipeline from transfer of inventory into distribution license, through warehousing, processing, manufacturing, and co-packing, and time sale and cash collection

  • Co-packing, last mile distribution, and sales support will be executed by partners in near term

  • The ideal applicant would have extensive sales experience and positive connections in the CDFA/BCC marketplace and have a passion for high quality products

  • Successful applicants need to have experience selling both bulk and branded products to both distributors and retailers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience in cannabis sales is required

  • Proficient in Metrc

  • Understanding of BCC Cannabis logistics management

  • Ability to travel to meet with prospective and current customers

  • Highly motivated to meet targets

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Dropbox, Email, Calendars

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail

  • Communication with accounting and management team to meet demands

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Working experience of HubSpot is a plus
