Responsibilities

• Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Take part in overall facility cleanliness

• If staying onsite, must be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy worksite

• Inform Cultivation Manager if growing environment is out of specification

• Work directly under the Cultivation Manager and department Crew Leaders for job tasks and assignments

• Communication with Crew Leaders and taking instruction to carefully work with mother plants

• Inspecting plants for pests, mold problems, or other abnormalities

• Complete corresponding track and trace labeling and data entry

• Other duties as assigned by the Cultivation Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Experience in cannabis is required

• Greenhouse experience (min 3 years)

• Must have leadership experience

• Knowledge of cannabis plant growing techniques

• Understanding of Integrated Pest Management solution and ability to identify nutrient deficiencies proactively

• Experience in commercial clone operations including but not limited to; cutting clones, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, collecting and reporting data, mother health and nutrient regiments

• Must work well with others and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, methods and techniques

• Highly motivated to meet targets

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Reliable form of transportation to site required
